room was great, room service was very attentive, spa was quite an experience and beach is very well cared for, strange case in Tunisia.
The food in the room was not at the level of a 5 stars (they only had one hamburger and one sandwich badly made) ; They didn't have tobacco, they didn't let me in with a bottle of water to the htel, they wasted my time with several things in general.

The hotel had friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful location on the beach, clean rooms with change of sheets daily, a perfect swimming pool, and arranged excursions to nearby sites.
Nothing.

The room was beautiful and the view of the beach from the balcony was just gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the shower and bath (it was bigger than most). The food was delicious and the staff were wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
The service at the bar was very slow and I was left standing there waiting on many occasions. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Good breakfast buffet. Good location to the beach and to restaurants at the harbour. Nice beach bar, deck chairs and sunshade included. For 2 days to relax that was just right and the price/performance ratio is more than ok.
The water in the sea wasn't clean at all

We loved how close this hotel was to the beach and all of the attractions in the area. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning.
Nothing is perfect.

The position across the road from the beach was just as we wanted and our ocean front room had a gorgeous view. The bathroom with its window openning onto the bedroom made everything feel very spacious and chic. Walking across the marble floor in our room was divine and the beds were beautifully comfortable.
The hotel is more 4 than five stars, our room had two broken bedside lamps and the towel rack in the bathroom had come off the wall and was lying, broken across the end of the bath. The noise of two children during dinner and again at breakfast, ruined what should have been an enjoyable time. The mother had their noise muffled by the wearing of a head scarf and chewed on in oblivion and staff did nothing to address the situation. It would have been preferable to be able to dine in an area off limits to young children, in an area serving a la carte rather than buffet. It would have been good to have had wifi in our room.

Wonderful hotel in friendly lovely part off Tunisia. Exellent facilities with quality service, comfortable clean with every facility to hand. Food delicious with to much choice something for everyone, dining was pleausure also added bonus room service. Friendly curtious staff. A wonderful vacation from the moment you arrive.
Only minus hairdryers not good. Maybe more satellite tv for winter breaks in English also sporting events, think this hotel could offer more example football coaching holidays for young at heart would be ideal family holiday. Also mini market on site.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa and wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna. the garden area and leisure/TV room were perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant served delicious breakfast with many options.
Despite a wonderful stay, we did encounter one minor issue. the mosquito problem in the reception and bar area was a bit annoying, but not unbearable.

Room size, location.
Requested specifically a double bed, not two singles .....we got two singles pushed together. We went and booked in for a package at the spa......when we got changed and went in, the steam room was cold. When we raised this with staff we were told by a very rude female member of staff to either like it or leave....we left and got our money refunded and made a complaint with the hotels manager. The breakfast is certainly not five star. The fruit salad looked like it had been made the day before, as it was so brown...food from the hot counter was cold and either over cooked, raw or with no flavour. The only fresh items were omelettes and crepes. The staff at breakfast also looked and sounded like they were doing you a favour by being there. The room itself was large, but with a small tv and a small fridge in a cupboard ( which was about to collapse). Internet cover was weak at best, and you cannot connect in your room, even if it is over reception. Overall a Very disappointing stay at this supposedly five star hotel, which for our view should only be a three at most. Will not be returning any time soon, would not recommend to friends, family or readers.

Stayed over the Christmas holidays, the hotel had festive decorations and events. Really enjoyed the daily fresh salad bar and the pasta station. Key location 5 minutes walking distance to attractions and shops. The room was spacious and clean with a good bathroom and separate toilet.
No proper entertainment in the evenings, only a pianist in the lobby. The WiFi signal was weak, and the connection was unstable.

The Location, Large Room sizes, Varities & Good Food, good hospitality from reception staff & managment. The attractive package price. Good hospitality.
Slow response of room service & cleaning staff. Waiters at restaurant insisted to use only french language despite I do speak Arabic language. The facilities are not fully ready at this time of the year, some are under fixing. The slow elevators.
